If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Tomi was the most incredible tour guide and THE BEST person for the job. He was on time, everyone smiled and waved at us as we passed by in the famous green car - I’ve never felt more famous haha. Tomi’s knowledge of Panama’s history and culture mixed with his sense of humour and rich travel experience makes this tour an 11/10. I highly recommend!

Tomi's VW tour was an absolute dream and the highlight of our trip in Panama. Tomi gave us incredible insight about Panama City and we traveled around in style. The classic car was so fun and everyone we passed by loved it as well. I highly recommend this high energy informative tour if you want to see the real Panama City and hear stories about the very interesting history and culture about modern day Panama. This tour is a MUST if you’re visiting Panama City. From the excursion itself to our WONDERFUL guide + owner, Tomi, everything was flawless. The wind flows through your hair as you cruise through the city in the coolest lime green convertible. We learned so much about the culture, politics, and history of Panama! 10/10.

Tomi was the man! My fiancé and I wanted to see Panama City but didn’t want to spend 4-6 hours on a bus, so we looked into this and could not have had a better time! He had great suggestions on things to do and the best places to eat. He also catered the tour to where we wanted to go based on things we had already done which was awesome. It was perfectly informative and he takes great photos along the way! We cannot recommend this enough!

The best tour hands down. Very unique and insightful! Tomi was an excellent tour guide! He knew the history of Panama so well..he was a joy to be around. The little green car was extremely vintage and my girlfriend thought it was cute and I thought so too lol. The roof of the car came down, it was awesome. We went almost everywhere; we stopped a few places and took pictures by the Panama sign and other places as well. 10/10!

This tour was incredible! The car was beautiful and comfortable and the views were amazing. Most of all Tomi was a total rockstar. He has so much knowledge and passion for Panama. This was by far our favorite tour in Panama! It was a great experience driving in a classic car around the beautiful city. Our host was wonderful in introducing us to the history and culture of Panama City. Throughout the ride we felt very safe and we enjoyed the conversations with our guide.

Where do I even start? I booked this night tour as a solo traveler on my birthday and had the privilege of doing an individual tour with the host Tomi. He was attentive, he was incredibly knowledgeable and he was especially hospitable. If you love to be the centre of positive attention, this tour is for you. The ride was sweeeeeet and the views were amazing! We did have a little rain but if anything that only made the experience more memorable. So memorable in fact, I’m doing another one in the daytime before I leave Panama City. You will not regret booking this tour, I promise!

An amazing experience totally worth it if you are in Panama. So unique and not like the boring mini bus tours. Locals love the car and you’ll get people feeling so happy when you drive past them. Smiles and all come with this safari sight seeing your. The tour guide has so much charisma you will fall in love with the city and lap up the knowledge he gives you. The views which was shown to me were amazing!!! We visited areas in which I had never been driven to in the country. Tomie is very friendly. This is definitely a trip to book alone or with friends. After a wonderful 2 hour tour through Panamd music was then played in the car. Incredible experience!!!

A very unique tour of Panama City with lots of fun! Driving in "The Thing" was a one of a kind experience and I fully enjoyed every second of it. It was so inexpensive and the amazing information we got was great. He took his time to answer questions and just humor us. The attention that we felt made us feel like superstars. My husband and I celebrated my 50th birthday down in Panama. While planning the trip, we saw Tomi Tours. We were quickly drawn to the cool VW Thing, so booking this was a must. I had a couple questions and Tomi reached back out to me immediately. On the day of our tour, he picked us up from our hotel in the city. Tomi was very knowledgeable about the rich history of panama City. He was kind enough to recommend Luna Rooftop, which had good mojitos and tasty food. Awesome. This tour is a must do - the earlier in your stay, the better. Tomi, the owner/tour guide is so much fun & full of knowledge about the city. He has tons of insider tips to make the most of your stay. We (2 adults, 1 kid) did the night time tour. The city looked spectacular at night - the colonial quarter, the causeway, the skyscrapers & downtown. It was definitely one of the best parts of our trip. 5 stars for sure!
